SHIPPING POLICY

For local shipment, we will send the goods by local express courier, which will be finished in 3 to 5 days since the order received.

 

For international shipment, we will deliver the orders by international 3PL partners by a specific delivery rate.

RETURN POLICY

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn't the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery_cc781905-94de -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_in the original condition and packaging.

A few items can't be returned, including:

  • Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, eg “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)

  • Items you have already assembled

Products can be refund within 30 days of delivery if it can be returned in the original condition and packaging. Refund method will be the subject of Zeniths & Co.'s decision.
